Magdalena is an experienced civil litigation attorney with nearly two decades of practice representing insurance carriers, municipalities, healthcare providers, construction companies, property owners and managers, retailers, and other businesses in complex liability matters.

Her practice focuses on strategic case management, early exposure assessment, dispositive motion practice, and the efficient resolution of high-risk claims. Ms. Perlman regularly advises clients and insurers on valuation, reserve strategy, mediation positioning, and settlement authority, and is known for developing early case strategies that position matters for dismissal or favorable resolution prior to trial.

She has handled a broad spectrum of litigation, including premises liability, construction accidents, transportation claims, medical malpractice, employment matters, and complex tort actions, and has significant experience managing large litigation inventories and advising institutional clients on risk assessment and litigation strategy.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Perlman practiced at several New York litigation firms and served a Senior Counsel with the City of New York Law Department, where she handled complex tort and civil rights litigation.
